Step by
step guide to a simple foot detox.
- Place 6/8 marbles in a
washing up bowl or foot spa together with one teaspoon of detox bath salts
or an invigorating bath foam or revitalising shower gel and place feet in
bowl to soak.
- Exercise feet by
rolling over the marbles and use your toes to pickup the marbles and lift
out of the bowl and then back in.
- The detox bath salts
will draw toxins out of the body and leave your skin feeling soft and
smooth.
- Once your feet have
softened, use a little exfoliating body polish, to exfoliate especially
around the heal and ball of each foot. Massage into your skin using circular
motions towards the heart and rinse feet.
- Remove feet from bowl
and pat feet dry with a towel and apply a purifying body mask.
- Place a plastic bag
over each foot and leave for approximately 15-20 minutes. The mask will deep
cleanse and draw out impurities from your skin leaving it fresh and radiant.
- After the time is up
place your feet back into the bowl and wash off.
- Remove feet from the
bowl and pat dry with a towel.
- Apply a body
moisturiser to the feet.
